How Does Pricing Work?
You’ll commit to paying a small monthly fee every month for 24 months—but you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of your site from day one.
Do I own the website?
Yes! We don’t hold our customers hostage! Once you have paid off the full term of your website contract, the website is all yours. You can then choose to host, manage, and maintain the website on your own. Or, leave it with us at a then discounted price for our website management services on a month-to-month basis.
Can I cancel my contract?
Any contracts that are terminated before the final 24-months’ time will have a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance, and your website will be terminated. If you wish to cancel your contract and take your website to another hosting provider or website management team, the remaining balance of your contract must be paid in full, and we will package up your website files and transfer them over to you.
Can I host the website on my own?
We do not allow any active Devsol Limited Site to be hosted outside of our server. We use blazing fast hosting and provide top-notch support for all of our clients. However, if you would like to host your website wherever you wish, you are able to purchase a website design outright!
Do you charge for technical support?
There is no additional charge for tech support; it’s already included in your monthly subscription.
What happens when I sign up?
Once sign up is completed, we will immediately start setting up your website’s server and helping you secure your business domain name (if needed). We will then send you our sign up form, which will walk you through every step of the design process. It helps you give us all we need to create the perfect custom website for your brand. This process is quick and easy, and it allows us to collaborate and create the perfect vision for your site.
